Return and Refund Policy

At Nourai, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any seals, labels, boxes, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, perfumes, fragrances, oud, incense (bukhoor), and other fragrance products that have been opened, sprayed, burned, used, or had their original seal removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item received from Nourai, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
